Judy Stella is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), leadership trainer, keynote speaker, and executive coach who is passionate about helping individuals and organizations develop leaders who lead with purpose, emotional intelligence, courage, and dignity.
Since 2019, Judy has been a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, equipping leaders with proven leadership principles inspired by Dr. John C. Maxwell. Through dynamic presentations, interactive workshops, coaching, and mastermind groups, she empowers leaders to strengthen their influence, cultivate high-performing teams, and create workplace cultures where people feel valued and inspired to thrive.
With over two decades of experience in leadership, organizational development, behavioral health, and coaching, Judy blends practical leadership strategies with emotional intelligence and a people-first approach to create meaningful and lasting transformation.
As Vice President of Human Capital at Stella Health Insurance Agency, Judy has designed and led leadership development initiatives that foster strong organizational cultures, develop emerging leaders, and support high-performing teams.
Judy is also the award-winning author of Reverence: Echoes of Healing and Gratitude, a memoir that reflects her journey of resilience, healing, and personal growth.
